Try flashing another MIUI and see if the problem presists, if it does you do indeed have a damages sdcard (try formatting it)

I'm thinking or changing this from a rom to a theme add-on so you can just use with you favorite miui rom.
please give me some feed back or this may just go away all together.

Ok on the feedback Ive been running since you put up beta 1 up until your 2nd release, only problems ive had so far is the white on white text and the call quality has been a little bad, but that can be fixed with a kernal, but i think you should go for a theme, but honestly i came from bionix and Miui has got me hooked, in the launcher im loving the search my device, keep up the good work dude.
