This isn't a bug as much as a gripe, so I'm not sure where to put it, but I miss my notification bar on the lockscreen! It is pretty annoying not being able to see my specific notifications without unlocking.

Also, after this latest update, I am stuck with the Verizon Wireless logo in the notification bar all the time if there isn't a notification, and it just doesn't look good to me.

I had the same issue w/ the verizon logo. Reboot the phone and make sure you have some notifications popping up, that fixed it for me. The lockscreen issue is a chinese dev issue, but it may be a limitation of gingerbread as they haven't fixed it yet and it has been a constant gripe of people.

What issue is there with the lockscreen?

That is that it doesn't show the exact notifications like it did with the Froyo version.

My issue with it is that the date is always in notification bar in the lockscreen, and all of your notifications are consolidated into one icon so that you can't tell what application has the notification until you unlock the phone.

Oh... I always liked it that way :P

The way I see it is that if I pick my phone, I was probably going to unlock it anyway.

i love this ROM. been using it since the very first release. the only thing i dont really like right now is the orange highlights in the past couple of releases. is there a way to change them?

I lost my favorite notification ringtone with this update, and the 4-way reboot. would love to see those back (though I can't remember the name of the notification ringtone - it was packaged in 1.4.22 so I'm going to re-flash and move it to the SD.)

I don't have the 4-way reboot, and warttack said he didn't include mods in this release, but expected to be able to include them in next week's. If you still have the 4-way boot and are certain you're running 1.4.29, I'd love to know what you did to keep your phone that way. I have seen subtle differences from .22 to .29, like the text message notification symbol being inverted in color, and the loss of some programs (terminal emulator, for example).

Sorry to hear, I love the orange. There's been some themes floating around that are blue but none are really 100% all blue.

I downloaded a new theme and that didn't work. If I install a different launcher then it re-appears, but I don't want to use a diff launcher. What could have happened to it? Do I need to re-wipe everything and re-install the rom?

Another quick question what happens when you drag an app into the trash can?

Do you have gmail installed? If so, I would uninstall it then re-download from market. That should solve that issue.

I have the same issue. I tried your suggestion with already having notifications but it did nothing to help unfortunately. Hopefully in the next release we won't see the constant Verizon logo in the notification bar anymore.

ive used this to have my last name displayed instead of the carrier name for when it was just the lockscreen, but as of the new release i just set it to blank
its an app called change carrier name made by Conap on XDA
