Text Messaging Not working when updating

When I updated to the new version of MIUI v1.9.30, my text messaging stops working. I can receive text, but when I send them out they are blank. Any Ideas?

i know this is a late response but it's better than never. If your still wondering, all you have to do is flash the EE25 modem

Hey Reidandkat, I have problem similar to that. The modem/radio isn't working on my gf's phone. I installed the same rom as Charlespchain did and it not showing bars or anything. So, i got the fascinate rom and installed it... now i'm 100% on Verizon's network. I plain on reflashing with the showscase rom, but would it be a good idea to find a working modem.bin to extract from then insert it to the showcase rom and then flash it? I just want to make sure I get it correct the first time since this is my first time having to do this on this phone.
