[Theme][10.11.1] MIUI Infinite

I'm assuming the bird on the far right is for Twitter, but it just unlocks like the middle icon. What am I missing?

I have it set to open Plume, so you have to have it installed to work.

You have to have an unread message or missed call and not have unlocked the phone yet. If you unlock it, even if you don't check the message/call, it goes away
