Icon will not change

Okay, this is a new problem I've never experienced before.

Have my icons all packed, zipped up, etc. Apply through theme manager.
However, I have one application (SlidescreenPro) that will not change.

I've double checked the app name, double checked and triple checked the naming...

Now...here's the weird part. In EVERY app list and application that lists your installed apps, the new icon is there, just like it's supposed to be. App manager, titanium backup, lllall have the new icon for the app....but NOT on the home screen.

I'm puzzled..I'm sure there is an easy answer...

Have you tried rebooting? Sometimes random parts of themes don't "take" right away, and you have to reboot. I've had that problem where my font will change for everything except Settings or some other random app, and rebooting fixes it.

Okay....I got the BIGGEST chuckle when I read your post.. Back in the days (between stone tablets and the internet...and yes, I realize I'm dating myself here) If you ever had to contact tech support for your electronic gadgets and the early computers, the first thing you were told to do.."REBOOT". Visited a friend at his job, they had big signs saying "Step One - Reboot"

It was drilled into my head.

And what's the one thing I forgot to try??? REBOOT Made my day.

BUT...sadly, that didn't help. I'm guessing that there is anotherpath/name for the app, buried in there. The app can be used as a launcher replacement, so maybe that complicates things. Or there's a trick...like the way android tricks you into thinking the phone icon should be com.android.phone, when in fact it's com.android.contacts.TwelveKeyDialer....which is hard to find. AND, I can't open any of the .XMLs to check anything....Eclipse keeps giving me an error message I'm not understanding (still new to that stuff).

Which apps are you having trouble with? In my theming research, I've discovered several apps that have multiple names, depending on build, ROM, etc. I might have an answer in my "stash"

I have the same problem now that i've installed the new Google Play app.. i want to change the icon so bad, but now any of my .mtz themes won't change it! HELP!
