cyanogen Mod 7.1 to MIUI 1.9.16

Hi ,

I just updated my LG 02X with MIUI 1.9.16. I was ruuning CM 71. before that and i had used titanium back up Pro to make back up.

The problem i am facing now is titanium backup is not recognizing the back files from Cynanogen Mod.

I had selected "Migrate System data" (lets us move teh data between incompatible ROM's ) option in Titanium pro before making backup .But it doesnt work.

Has anyone tried/faced this before?

So in TB it shows no backups? If not try nand back and run again. I'm not sure of any other way. I've also never used the compatibility mode.

Yes in TB it shows zero files to restore under Restore tab. I am in love with this new MIUI 1.9.16 and dont want to switch to CM 7.1 again, I will sure give a shot to nanad back up thank u for reply.

I did this, all is good! HTC EVO 4G. I had tried MIUI, left, back to CM7, but just missed MIUI and the great support. I've had my wife's Speedy on MIUI for a while, she really likes MIUI.

One thing on TB, I have the paid version too.

may be u didnt copied titanium backup folder and u formatted ur sd card.just check is there any titanium backup folder in ur sd card and is there any data in it???bcoz i used 3 to 4 roms and everytime i backed up my data by titanium.

TB backups are stored on the sd card by default...i have gone between MIUI and CM7 many times and all my backups where available...don't even need to do the incompatible rom thing because CM7 and MIUI are based on the same source...short of you having formatted your sd card your backups should not be gone...check with Rootexplorer or something if you have a TitaniumBackup folder on your sdcard...if not then your backups are gone...sorry

The truth is cm and miui manage in diferent way the files tutaniumbkup is there just copy the folder to the sd card that doent have it im actually having two bakup folders. Why? Because the external sd its the other on miui and i dont know how to change the path on the app but it works. S
