[FIX] MIUI RTL Fix

Every week when the new version of Miui.us is being released,
I create a RTL fix with this awesome RTL Miui Fix tool created by roenano from HebMiUi.
I figured if I already create it for myself, why wouldn't I publish it here for others who might need it.

The fix itself includes:
- Hebrew T9 Dialer
- Hebrew Keyboard
- Hebrew scrolling for contacts
- Israeli APNs and Asia AGPS for better GPS fix

Personally, I like using English interface, including contacts, so the fixes I'll update
every week includes only the RTL fix and and APN / AGPS fixes and apply only to Nexus S.
If you're interested in FIX for other phone or use the rest of the features like the Hebrew T9 dialer
or contact scrolling please make a fix using the tool yourself (it will be attached here too).

Great update V5:
The fix now apply both Hebrew and Arabic and have 3 patch options:
1) Direct fix (after the rom is installed)
2) Creating patch file (like it was until now)
3) Patch the Miui rom file (before the rom is installed)

Disadvantages:
The patch doesn't include APN / AGPS fixes anymore.

** Notice: I personally use The fix above, and it's not supposed to cause any problems,
but still I'm not responsible for any damaged caused. Anyways if the fix cause restarts or other
problems (which I haven't run into myself), you can always re-install the Miui.us install again,
without having to do wipe or anything, just install it again and the fix will be gone **

Awesome, that's exactly what I was looking for.
I, too, like to use the English interface yet in need of the RTL and GPS fix.
