is there any possiblility of getting the HTC keyboard working in the newer builds??

Have you tried copying the apk to data and setting the permissions? I haven't tried, but I imagine that it should work.

Yea, but all you get is a FC if u select is as your keyboard..

I believe its a kernel issue, because the keyboard used to work on MIUI a few months back.. and now no more.
i was wondering if anybody knew of a kernel that plays nice with it..

EDIT: i found that the jonasl IME mod works.. the original wont.. here is the link to the flashable zip... no arrows with this sorry i cant find it :/

@Infected just re-read your post. The jonasl IME keyboard has been in the OP for months. It is in Post#1 second section last item: "The online skin kitchen for Jonasl's HTC_IME high res keyboard. Make your own versions! Tip by ramonjcorporan"
