Lockscreen Sound how do u change it?

how do you change the screen off/on sound?? i have different sound between on and off. on sound is normal but off sound is like jail door closing sound... how do you change this?? please help

I can Surely try for you give me a little bit, let me see what i can come up with for you.

This will file is a flash-able or you can unzip the folder and manually push the sound files to System>media>Audio>U.I sounds and replace the existing ones, just let me know if you would like the sounds shortened.

Nice work on the Transformers sounds...definitely think it needs to be shortened personally but, to each his own. If possible could you make 1 that sounds like a Twin Turbo or similar? Thx in Advance...if not no biggie..

My friend. Thank you so much for your efforts! Im not well versed with the lingos so bare with me if you will. Any way I can use root explorer to replace the file? That way I don't lose the original file...

If I were to flash the file, reboot into recovery and choose the zip file? Do I need to mount system or wipe anything.

No, just flash the .zip and reboot.

I had to push them with root explorer. Install zip through rom manager didn't take 1st try....just sayn.

Hey man...many thanks again! I was hoping for the audio sounds from the cartoon not the movie ...can u make that happen? the cartoon transform sound is much shorter and more CLASSIC which i'm all about...thanks again!!

sorry guys i forgot to sign the zip is the reason i believe. for the vibrant you dont have to but if you un zipp the file on your pc or phone you can manually push the two audio files to the system>media>audio>ui sounds file OVER WRITE THE EXISTING AUDIO FILE'S

With Root Explorer...First goto the where you downloaded the .zip. Long Press the file it'll pop up extract, after that it will give the option to goto extracted. Do so and move the file to system/media/audio/IU and paste it and replace if asked...make a back up of .ogg files just in case...

I have moved the lock and unlock sound to system/media/audio/ui , i have reboted the phone , but still the old sound are when i lock / unlock the phone. Where i did wrong ?
