Some Icons Not Showing Up

I did a clean install of 1.8.19 (format sd card, reset to factory defaults) and some of the stock icons don't show up (browser, torch, etc)
I can find them with the magnifying glass so i know they're there. Is there any way to bring the icons back onto the launcher?

Set up your internet and gmail

It's already setup, i've been receiving emails through the gmail app, and can use the browser if i go to it using the magnifying glass.
I also noticed Rom manager is installed but not showing as well, and i just formatted the cache/dalvik cache. Anything else i can try without doing another full wipe and installing again?
