Boot into recovery
Create a backup
Fatory reset device
Install zip from SD card

How can you even mod the Desire S? On my girlfriend's Desire S, I can't even go to the HBOOT like I do on my Desire. How do you flash it?!

You need to S-Off the device, and then install the Clockwork Recovery... search in other forus for it

after i reboot the phone i noticed the google maps latitude and etc is missing... Even the google market too.. what's happening ar? before reboot it was just doing fine...

I have an issue is that when I receive a message, the led notification doesnt blink ... the green led brights and it stays not blink then the red one blink but the green is still there

There must be a automatic way so that icons can arrange in a alphabetical way. Manually its very time consuming job. I have over 200 apps so its very hard to arrange them.. please work on this issue guys.

Hello,I want to say that your MIUI ROM for DS is so perfect,but I have found a bug of SoundRecorder.After I recorded my sound ,I found that its sound volume was small than the official ROM.
I hope that you can fix it .thanks!!
