[REQUEST] Camera app that has flash on while focusing

I noticed that unlike the stock Samsung camera, MIUI's camera does not turn on the flash while focusing an image, and therefor it doesn't take the flash into account... and the image quality kind of suffers.

Can anyone please modify the camera app to turn on the flash while focusing, or if it's been done point me in the direction of a download? Or, for that matter, any third party camera that will turn on flash while focusing?

A better camera app would be great! It works well unless anything is moving at all and then it just messes up everything. Is it possible to get a sense 3 camera on miui?

I've already attempted Samsung's TWiz camera and it didn't even show up... I think there's a lot of framework files that would need to be ported and likely don't work on AOSP for all the manufacturer skin cameras.
