Bulid 2.6.22 - Desire HD 4.0.4

Hi guys

I'm new to the forum so please take it easy on me. This is the first time I've installed a MIUI ROM as I've constantly looked to use other ROMs such as BlissDroid, HoneySense etc.

So, I've just installed MIUI 2.6.22 on my Desire HD - I love it. I've got a few niggles though and I hope you can help me or point me in the right direction.

First of all - is this ROM compatible with Beats Audio?

And secondly, everytime I boot the handset up - the first message I get is "Unfortunately, Updater has stopped." - how can I fix this or stop it from appearing?

Any help on the above would be great. Thanks in advance!

I also got the Uploader FC. All I can tell you is I've been flashing these ROMs for over a year and because this is a ROM specifically built for another phone and being adapted to ours, there's SOME glitch almost every week. It's an ongoing process. Flash this week's and the Uploader FC will likely be gone.

Updated the ROM to the latest - Uploader FC has disappeared - just need to figure out the Beats Audio bit now.

hi, it might be in approriate to ask this question, but since i cant post a new threads, can anyone help me to flash my desire HD phone to the latest miui rom?

i followed the step in this website en.miui.com/a-58.html and stuck on steps number 2...my phone software is

2.3.5
software number 3.13.832.4
htc sense ver 3.0

when i use VISIONARY, the phone just shows a black screen with laggy response when i dragged the toolbar tab, i need to restart it to get it running smoothly...

please help me with this case, i dont know where to post elsewhere....

Hi lazzeuz... First, I'd recommend you use the version that blind develops here on miui.us. It's great and he's wicked helpful. Also, I think the easiest way to root your phone is with the Advanced Ace Hack Kit. There is very little fussing around. Download it here: http://droid.neolobster.com/roms/aahk-13012012.zip and read the included manual thoroughly. This will prepare your phone to flash a custom ROM. For a bit of guidance, scoot over to the miui.us live chat (link at top of this page). There are lots of helpful people there to talk to. Or send me a pm and I'll walk you through it. ^_^
