Help with updating [NO USB]

Hello Everyone,

Recently, my cousin has given me his old phone, a HTC HD2. I am trying to update it because apps, like Netflix don't work, but my cousin said he lost the USB for the phone, so I cannot connect it to my computer to update.

My phone already has MIUI installed when he gave it to me, and it has File Explorer installed.

So basically, what I'm asking is, is it possible to update my phone's rom with just using FTP, or do I have to have a USB, and if I have to use a USB, where can I buy one.

transfer downloaded rom through ftp ... shut down phone...start up the phone with th home key pressed...select install zip...select chose zip...choose the zip and install!!!

When i shut down my phone, and start it up while holding the home button, it doesn't give me a option to choose a zip

oops sorry i thought that you were using clk ...
so shut down phone...kepppower button pressed untill you see a menu .. select ad recovery ... then follow install zip steps

Awesome, it works, but some things are still stuck in Mandrin
