v4 Theme Question
I know that certain places in themes are double covered like the background for the recent contacts list when you open dialer is covered by a image in framework-res\nodpi and is also covered by a background image .9 png in contacts I believe.
My question is, is there double coverage for the settings background? I know that it is covered by a background image in framework-res\nodpi, but is there an image somewhere else that will cover it as well like a .9 png?
Asking because Droid X for sure, and maybe other devices as well wont theme the settings background using the framework-res background pngs

Re: v4 Theme Question
I have also been looking into this... I think it's just the background in nodpi that's used. Wish it was how they had it in GB MIUI.

Re: v4 Theme Question
It is typically supposed to be the background in nodpi but so is the background for recent contacts in the dialer. I found that there is a second png used to cover that as well. Just trying to find out if there is a second png to cover the settings background as well
*EDIT* - Looks like the MIUI changelog for this week includes fixing system themeing for some devices. Hopefully this will fix the problem for the Droid X system background image not grabbing. Im also pretty psyched about the change to volume control being split up like it was with GB. Awesome.Last edited by lancelinksp; 06-22-2012 at 10:22 AM.

Re: v4 Theme Question
Just in case anyone else has the problem with settings and some other backgrounds not themeing, I have now gotten mine to theme at least by using a theme_value in framework-res.
