PLease make this a little easier for me.
My phone was rooted by my ex i like it but im getting ready to upgrade and ive looked all over these forums but i cant seem to find a way to change it to stock.
I have the following stats:
running clockwork mod recovery (tried to flash to amon ra but it says update fail! reboot device)
S-On
Current ROm: MIUI
android version 4.0.4
baseband version 2.15.00.12.19
build number MIUI-2.4.6
I've tried the following things:
Clearing out the SD card and leaving the file located here http://wiki.rootzwiki.com/index.php/...O_4G_Downloads
--this file was alone in the sd card after i formatted it
Ive tried backing up and restoring my phone
I'm stuck on the flashing part. DO i have a bad rom? I think i can manage this without him but i would really prefer not to call him.
Thanks in advance.

Re: PLease make this a little easier for me.
Go to this site, somewhere in this page there is a step 4 download link for the RUU file. I am guessing you run a Windows OS on your computer. After its downloaded run the RUU file and it will tell you what to do on the screen. http://htcevohacks.com/htc-evo-hacks...ur-htc-evo-4g/
Good luck!

This did not work. I followed the instructions and now its stuck on an HTC screen. Should i try to restore it?
