Updater Not Working

I'm on build number 2.6.8 once I go to updater on my phone it says that there isn't any update which there is a newer build already. Then once I go to Install from package it opens up and but when you select a package it says not responding. Then once I go to About Phone once I click status it says not responding screen shot attached. Next the signal bar is showing 3G and no bars even though I have been to mayor cities and my moms phone has perfect signal bars. Please fix these issues in next build! - Note I have the toolbar modified so it shows the 3G and bars next to it but no bars are showing anywhere I go but I do have a good signal just want it show in case a friend is using the phone and he sees there no signal he might think to give it back. Thank you and please fix these issues I will start posting more lick this and listen to reports around this phone.

I've been stuck on the same build for the past 3 weeks now. When I flashes MIUI on my Kindle Fire, it said there would be a new update every Friday. I'm assuming that when MIUI releases new builds, there not supporting all devices for the new update.

There updates are for all there devices as that's how they do so; There updater needs to be coded again to work on all devices that support the rom
