I had some issues
The status bar had some margin issue with carrier text

And I couldn't find any of the new features
5x4 layout
New task manager

Well i was starting to think it was me too! Was looking for new features but wasn't finding them!

Were they removed for compatibility reasons?

the new features are not in this rom because of the toolbox. it has not been updated to my knowledge of yet. if you would like i can build another without the toolbox this should give the features you want.
The toolbox uses its own MiuiSystemUI and MiuiHome apk's there for im using those apk's from an earlier build

He uses another tool for the same features

For me its not a disappointment only was looking for them and couldn't find
I wont say anything bad cause i know the work you have just to keep it up. So for me no worries, if it comes in next releases then we wait till its there

Oh and by the way, this rom seems faster and I love the semaphore kernel. Always flash it in every rom so was a really nice surprise coming this time with it

Will we be unable to restore our desktop layout from now on?

I have not tested this. The home and system are same apk as last week so off the top of my head I will say no. You can try and let me know.. I will be adding another rom without toolbox so it should have the changes other members were looking for. Task manager and so on. So desktop restore should work on that release.

Ah OK. Running the latest atm. Solved my Calender issues - was unable to load my last desktop layout though.

Its working on my end.
have you enabled Auto-rotate screen in settings\display ?

Yep
Maybe its its ruined the hardware

I'm trying to use systemui and miuihome apk from nexus s rom...hope that works xD

EDIT: MiuiHome apk is working but SystemUI apk no. Why? Depends on framework?

So will you build another rom?
And could you make your rom a little bit cleaner? I mean /system. It's hard to use language-packs with you rom, without cleaning /system - phone doesn't boot.
