Edited First post with Mirror Link from my server. now we will have no issues with downloads I think MIUI.us was having temporary difficulties with there server. they seemed to solve it pretty quick,

Bug with 2.8.10
few apps crashes like go launcher n when it restarts it comes back as newly installed
also after uninstalling the app when we try to restore it thru miui backup it says restored but nothing comes back
also titanium backup cannot restore it says this package has some parse error something
please fix this issue cannot restore anything after uninstalling while new install from play store works fine
im on Samsung Galaxy S i9000

Personal Issue: get process.gapps stopped working than process.acore stops this has been a constant issue for my cell please tell me how to get rid of it
when i wipe whole data n add new it works fine but after sometime this problem comes back and when it becomes serious n if i restart it hangs at booting screen

Its best to always wipe before updating the rom, restoring apps has always been an issue. Issues with 3rd party launchers is not something I will prioritize sorry.
Miuiv4 is a port therefore it.is.not classed as stable. I always recommend a wipe before flashing. Restoring failure with titanium backup is not something I know how.to fix. I will look into it.

Currently working on it . Myself and andy are both trying to work it out having booting issues at moment. But still trying. Have some patients peeps hopefully will get it working

About a year ago I was having reception and other issues no matter whose build of MIUI I flashed (Galnet, MIUI.US etc) as well as kernel or modem.

In the end I went to darkys and then reflashed MIUI with ODIN on the PC rather than with Clockwork mod on the phone.

This cleared up the reception and other issues.

Worth a shot to retry your initial flash.
