help stuck in reboot
After wiping/factory reset, wiping cache and wiping dalvic, I installed latest version and gapps the phone gets stuck on boot icon. The first time around I could not gert back into cwm, sbfed back to .340 image and tried again same results, I have installed other roms with out problems. Any help will be appreciated.

nope on .340. Can you not install from 602/605? I have had 605 on the phone.

Re: help stuck in reboot
I am on .602 right now. I want to install the latest miui release. I have sbfed to .340 after the first attempt bootlooped and I could not get into cwm. The second attempt from. 340 to install miui from. 340 had the same result with the exception of being able to get into cwm, I then used the madderstock sbf to restore to. 340. I gave up after about 5 attempts and restored the .602 nandroid. Is there a problem installing miui from .602/605?

Re: help stuck in reboot
SBF to 602/605
Root
Download Droid 2 bootstraper (hit top button, then bottom button)
In CWM, wipe data, cache, then go to advanced and wipe dalvik
Power button to return
Install zip from SD card. Install ROM (at this point you should notice a little time while it is formating, if it goes really fast then it didn't work. But it should be fine.
Power button to go back
Install zip from SD card. Install gapps.
Reboot

Re: help stuck in reboot
how are you restoring a 602 nandroid when you're on .340? the only real reason to go back to .340 is radio updates or older roms. and you need droid 2 bootstrapper to get into cwm in froyo. so yes, sbf to 602/605 and go through the process that is in all the OP's for these roms.

Re: help stuck in reboot
I flashed from .604 since I had .621... does having .604 not allow my miui to run stable. I had the same issue as this guy. My phone kept rebooting. Update force closes. Random rom crashes. I did all the wiping possible.... I got tired and went int'l recovery out of luck and went back to .604

Re: help stuck in reboot
There is a way to root .621 and then upgrade to the MIUI. I just did it, I followed the http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...5&postcount=10 process (booted from flash drive). I did have issues with the CWM, but found I needed to install the init2 version of the CWM to get it to work.
