I have a HTC Droid Incredible with Iusacell (Mexico) running with MIUI and I liked it too but I have some doubts:

1. That means the triangle in the status bar?
2. What is the best rom for this phone?
3. That is why the 3G icon is green?
4. Because text messages are not sent after a certain number of characters?

1.- El triangulo siempre aparece =S, al parecer solo son con modelos con pantallas SLCD, platicando con otras personas que tienen pantallas AMOLED no pasa eso. De hecho esto me pasa con cualquier ROM AOSP con GB (cualquier versión de CM7 y MIUI). Bueno este triangulo pareciera siempre estar en roaming, pero no pasa nada, solo es un molesto icono, nunca me llegaron facturas altas o raras.
2.- En lo personal me gustan las roms con Sense 2.1, 3 y 3.5, pero son un poco inestables, si no te molesta vivir sin Sense la MIUI es la mejor.
3.- El icono, es dependiendo del tema, versiones anteriores de MIUI, lo tenían blanco, no se por que se cambio a verde.
4.- Desconozco la respuesta, no suelo enviar muchos mensajes.

Espero no haya problema haber respondido en español xD, sino ahí tienen el google traslate

Respecto a la última pregunta, mi deducción ha sido que es que al no ser oficial en español, puede ser por los símbolos chinos y los acentos. Ya que cuando enviaba mensajes, llegaban muchas veces con símbolos extraños.

De hecho a mi me pasa con cualquier rom, no solo MIUI, si mando acentos, les llega llenos de signos de interrogación todo el mensaje, haciéndolo casi inentendible
