2 Problems (folder and wifi)

So running 4.27 and Ive noticed 2 problems. First little bit more of an annoyance, is I cant organize folders alphabetically. Am I missing something? Ive looked everywhere. The other thing is in the app store it tells me every update practically is too big and needs wifi to download and that I can change that in the settings...but there is no option to do so. This is getting really annoying I dont want to be on wifi just to download updates for my apps. Any help would be appreciated thanks!

You cant organize the folders anymore except manually for now at least.

Change the settings in the downloads app on the rom to the 10M and uncheck Data download prompt and that should fix the problem
