when I try to add an exchange email account it is coming back with "unable to open connection to server" every time. Any ideas?

It is supposed to do that. After it says that it should ask you for the server address. If your are still on BPOS the server address is : red001.mail.microsoftonline.com
If you are on Office 365, the server address is: m.outlook.com
