I will do my best to keep this list as updated as possible. If you find a new feature, please post it below.
Features listed are in effect for the current version.

Now that MIUI is on Jellybean for the Nexus, I'm back!

Please Note: When you post a feature, make sure you include what version of the device you are using. This will help in narrowing down a solution.

Also Note: If the feature is already in this list, please refrain from posting it. If you have a solution, however, do post that.

Also Note: Linaro builds have been discontinued until further notice. As a result, the bugs for Linaro builds have been removed from this thread.

Version Independent:

1. Online music does not work in the stock MIUI Music app. Xiaomi knows this! -- Confirmed
   
   • ​​Please Note: I am getting word that this bug has to do with the differences in bit-rates.

4G LTE - Verizon:

1. 4G doesn't work right. This is due to the fact that the 4G radio is a port. -- Confirmed
   
2. Some apps don't connect to the data network. (credit to ejackson). This includes Verizon Apps and Weatherbug. -- Confirmed: See above bug.

GSM:

1. None!

Removed Features:

1. MIUI Gallery Duplication of Folders -- Solved: [Resolved]MIUI Gallery Duplication Feature (Credit to tokan.one)
   
2. Folders will sometimes put notifications on them and they will not go away. -- Solved: Reset the launcher. (Credit to hexto)
   
3. Play Music offline tracks do not show up when offline. -- Solved: Just copy your music onto your SD card. (Credit to frostthejack)
   
   • ​Play Music offline tracks will not show up in the stock app. You must transfer your music to your phone.
   
   
   
4. ​GSM Specific: Data doesn't work for some -- Solved: Check the APN settings and delete the info in the "Proxy" field. (credit to Dead-i)

My WeatherBug will not update on network setting, says its not enabled but it is. This is new on 2.4.27 for me. VZW CDMA GNEX.

I can confirm this for Verizon apps, but I don't have Weatherbug.

Now running v2.5.4:
Gallery still shows two of each album and is still FC'ing.
White text on a white background in some of the stock apps (maps, market).
LightFlow quit working with v2.4.27, dosn't work with v2.5.4 either.

Weathbug will now update using network!

Clean install, wiped everything.

LightFlow official description:
"Light Flow allows you to take control of your notification LED or trackball colors and makes them successively flash one color after another.

What I have learned is lightflow works for GMail & missed calls, but not working for sms or mms??

Oh yea, because its not the normal mms app, it's MIUI's. MIUI has their own hidden setting for the mms led.

Ummm yes. In hidding that setting, it kinda messed everything up.

Another thing I just remembered, and have wanted to ask for a while...
Is anyone else have the problem in Message Settings>Advanced setting>Filter out landline numbers not working? Or is it just me?

All video chat apps I've used (Tango, Skype, gtalk, & g+hangout have incoming audio only coming through the earpiece. It doesn't play through the speaker no matter what is selected or what option I choose.

I tried your 2.5.11 and it behaved the same way it has been...would broadcast the SSID and I could authenticate, but data never connected.
