under full settings-developer options-apps section --> dont enable the (dont keep activities) option. Why? because it will make your phone laggy and it will close the home screen every time u use an app making ur phone slower and laggy.
I enabled it and kept wondering what was wrong with my phone. then finally remembered that i enabled that option. -.- why am i so curious?! ?! aahgr 0.o
Anyways dont enable it.

here's a small bug: under complete settings - device - Button --> if u click it touch it or whatever u call it, it will fc settings and wont let you configure the press and hold back button to kill an app. i really use that feature to keep my phone snappy and quick. Please Fix

There is no working FFC, the flip button is just there all ICS roms doesnt have FFC as yet.

because it is ICS... hold the home button and you can kill apps there. Just swipe left or right

Slow with Facebook and web. Takes a very long time for a page to load even with wifi connection. Could it be a kernel issue? I was using the one it had when flashed then changed it to tiamat kernel for ics. Still having the same lag

Just flashed and played with it a few minutes. My first MIUI ICS build I'm trying out looks great. Here's something that may be a stupid question.. Is there an app drawer built in for this one or does it require using extended settings or the other route, dropping a folder in your dock and putting everything there?

Download the Chrome Beta from the Play Store. Works better.

If you want an app drawer you'll have to drop a folder as you've said or use an alternate launcher. Extended Settings is not compatible w/the ICS ROMs I believe.

Is it just app2SD or everything within that setting? I get force closed on that setting.

Change the ringtone and notification sound through the Theme app, not the Settings app. If you change your theme, you have to set them again, unless you remember to uncheck them before you change.
