[FIX] FM Radio update for MIUI 1.7.15

Thanks to @lithid who found the ramdisk edits in the Evo for FM Radio, the same worked for the Incredible 2.

Unlike lithid's fix, this one is simply a ramdisk update. It will not clear out your current kernel and everything should be as it was before flashing except FM Radio will appear on your homescreen and it will work!

Don't extract what you download... try right clicking and Save As to prevent your browser from extracting it. Or just download it straight from your phone.
