[REQUEST] Default MIUI Lockscreen Theme as a .mtz File

I really liked the old default lockscreen theme which used to look like this:



Now they've changed it and put time-date in place of the lock button and it looks ugly!
Can someone please provide this old lockscreen theme as a .mtz file? I can't find it anywhere nor any old ROM for my Moto Defy...
