but............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, this time it is still incomplete, just 55.1M

Got same experience installing from scratch.....

1) For Root access: although NOW there is enough space in /system, the bundled "SuperSU" app doesn't work (it doesn't neither grant any root access to any app nor update binaries)....
To "fix" it, you'll need to uninstall the bundled "SuperSU" app and replace it with "SuperUser" as a ZIP from Recovery (google for "Superuser-3.2-RC2-arm-signed.zip"....)
IMPORTANT:
After installing it YOU MUST to go into SuperUser' SECURITY settings and specify "ALLOW" as an automatic reply to any root request...or SuperUser you just installed will REFUSE to grant any root access to any application

2) About Google Play maybe something is wrong with version 3.5.19 bundled.....just uninistall it and replace installing the following apk: >>> com.android.vending_3.5.19_dad4a.apk <<< (google for it...it's easy to find..)

That's all....but beside that I noticed also a couple android processes regularly crashing on startup....

Hi, I downloaded this ROM and tried to install this via non CWM recovery but it gave an error and installation was aborted. Do I have to use CWM recovery?
