Go to the thread. Download. Click on the download success in notification bar. Apply.

Or better

After download. Move to sdcard/miui/theme
Then go to theme app or settings theme. Click and apply.

I answered it already. Go to forum directory (main one not incredible). Go to development. Check in stickies. Follow instructions.

This is a forum for the Android rom MIUI, not for iPhone. MIUI gives an appearance similar to iPhone. The "Ultimate iPhone Theme" is a theme for the MIUI rom, NOT the iPhone.

Your question would be best asked on an actual iPhone forum.
