Check out the great instruction here

    MIUI & CM7 Gingerbread 2.3.4 Installition
**Both of these Rom's are still a "Work in Progress" and some bugs may exist** !!!!Also, follow the steps listed below and you should be ok, but as always "Flash AT Your Own Risk"!!!!
First of all I would like to thank Drew Gorman for providing the group with this information & the upgrade links. The MIUI & CM7 rom are both Gingerbread roms including working MMS (wifi hotspot tethering will not work). Both of these roms are built for EE19 & you must be running this for these to work. Please update to EE19 following the steps in our Docs section if you are not currently running it. You may also have a few apps to force close but most if not all can be fixed by uninstalling/reinstalling them. Also *Disable Voodoo if you have it & do a Backup* and did I mention to *Disable Voodoo if you have it & do a Backup*

Known issues with all AOSP roms
    1. When you are done talking on the phone and goto hang up, you usually have to hit the power button to have screen turn back on.
    2. WIFI to 3G hand off is screwy and it is recommended that you shut off data while on wifi.
    3. While on wifi mms more than likely will not download or send with out triggering it. Best to just be on normal data.

Download the following files and put on your SD card.

    MIUI Files (1 File)
    http://goo.gl/56C16 (Version: 1.8.12)

    MIUI
    * Go into CWM recovery & do data/dalvik/cache wipe. (Current MIUI users only need to do a dalvik wipe to flash the current update & you shouldn't lose any apps/data but do a backup to be safe)

    * Then flash the MIUI zip file & it will boot back into the new CWM 4.0 recovery.

    * After MIUI reboots your done!

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    CM7 Files (3 Files)
    Flash this one first
    http://dfgas.TeamUsCellular.com/tes...d_by_dfgas.zip
    Flash this one next http://www.mediafire.com/?18gzh11s4enkx4h

Flash GAPPS File last (CM7 only)
    http://goo-inside.me/gapps/gapps-gb...613-signed.zip

    CM7
    * Go into CWM recovery & do data/dalvik/cache wipe.
    * Then flash the MIUI zip file & it will boot back into the new CWM 4.0 recovery. (You need to flash this MIUI file to get CWM4 installed to flash CM7)
    * In CWM do another data/dalvik/cache wipe. Now flash the CM7 zip file & after it reboots, then go back into CWM recovery.

    * Now flash the GAPPS zip file & reboot. You're Done!

Also...If you like these roms please consider donating a few bucks to Dev's that put these roms together. They put alot of time & work into these roms so we can enjoy our phones more.

Does anyone else have issues with their MicroSd not mounting at boot? I have to physically eject and reinsert it all the time.

I don't know if they are system specific, above my head. You might want to post your question here
