Just wanted to say I'm using Miui Aroma latest build, and confirm WiFi connecting issues. Great work otherwise. ^_^

which kernel did you use? On the 1.4 kernel (most stable one), I have had zero issues on this build. I am going to swap that over as the default kernel for the build this friday.

I'm using 1.4, and after resetting my router its working properly. Sorry, I'll troubleshoot more thoroughly next time. ^_^

Hello, firstly...thanks so much for making this so easily portable to the Photon. It was quick, and worked like a charm.

Secondly, and maybe this is a stupid question (I did a search both in the entire forum and just in this thread, and didn't see what I was looking for) but when I launch the embedded Themes app, and go to online, and try to download one of the themes (just trying it out), every one says 'Download Failed' after like 4 seconds. I have both good 3G as well as WiFi signal, but still nothing. Is this just something that is not available on the US versions (I noticed most of the themes have some {what appears to be} Asian text, not sure what dialect exactly) or is there something I need to do BEFORE pushing one of those themes? Oh I should add, I'm using build number 2.5.25 if that helps.

At the current time, MIUI or MIUI.us (not sure which) has made their builds no longer compatible with the older style themes. Unfortunately, there are pretty much ZERO of the V4 themes on the Theme app at this time. If you go HERE, you will find a pretty good collection of them. The best themes for FULL (or nearly full) theming of the phone are Dark Knight, V4 Black Blue, and Buuf.

Hi, guys!
I'm experiencing some issues with GSM module on latest rom.

On first boot after flashing the rom, the FC message of com.android.phone pops up. Network indicator says, that there is no service. And in the menu there is no option to switch the radio from CDMA to GSM.
Accidentally, it figured itself out, that the radio is actually working, but the FC message doesn't let me pick up the call. In the testing menu (*#*#4636#*#*) there is an option to switch radio, but that doesn't make the trick - I'm recieveng the same FC of com.android.phone.

I'm from Ukraine, operator is "Life". Any info neccesary will be provided.

Any chance to get this working?

Well, it's missing some 2D ICS libs that Moto still hasn't released, so it may not be fully functional for them. Some work really well, others not so much. If you're really into gaming, I'd go for a GB based Rom. Not that I wouldn't want you to use what I put together...just would rather you enjoy what you use. But, if you want, by all means give her a whirl and let me know what you think

Is there any way I can help with the translantion of the ROM into Russian\Ukrainian?
There are a lot of users in Eastern Europe, who would appreciate the translation.

I'm still trying to get the files to recompile correctly. I have much of the translations, just need to get the files to go back together right once I set it up. I'm going to try again today and see what I can do

And as far as I can see, there is no HW acceleration, right?
f.e. videos is mx player are decoded in the s\w(fast) mode, and that rises the temperature of the phone to the 140F.

We are still missing proper ICS libs for Motorola Photon at this time. We're waiting on a leak or someone from a soak test to help us out there

Is it possible to add different languages by flashing them as zip files from CWM?
This may be the solution for making the rom multilingual, along with avoiding bugs you mentioned earlier.

- do you have WEBTOP software that work with ice cream ?
_ I would like FM stereo that come with stock rom to work with Ice cream please will it be possible ? please let me know.
