I am having the same issue with the themes not changing the notification window, although I do love the new stock for MIUI.
I have always had that issue with the home button torch, not sure if you have to touch the torch on the screen too in order to make it work, although nothing of the sort seems to work.
Same problem with storage force closing too.
I'm pretty sure the update isn't fully up and running yet (it was somewhere in the original post).
Haven't tried the syncing issue with facebook but given the fact that all of the other problems you are having I am having too I would assume it is the same.

I CANNOT STAND the ICS camera at the moment. Can anyone else access the sound settings? I checked every menu and I cannot seem to find it. And as well I can't change the picture size it just says <5MP and there's no option to change it. Any way to get the camera from B11 back? ... and possibly the gallery? I don't want to have to go through an extra menu to get to the gallery to delete an image. There's no option for longpress on an image preview to delete it right away.

ALSO, HUGE ISSUE is what you said, 802.1x won't connect and that's the only thing offered on campus, works find with WPA2 at home but... that's almost kinda pointless now isn't it?

Other than that definitely leaps forward; headed in the right direction for sure. Looking forward to any updates!

Good to see I'm not alone... I hate it when I think there's a bug and everyone is like, "nope, it's just you."

After another day of testing i have two more problems, one much larger than the other:
1) Notification has appeared saying i'm over my 50MB mobile data limit. I can find no way to remove the notification or adjust my limit before being notified.

2) battery life is horrible!! unplugged it from a night of charging at 6:20am. it is now 11:15am and i am at 10%. less than 5 hours is completely unacceptable.

So now I have two deal breakers against this ROM if they are not fixed (no 802.1x EAP and crappy battery life).

slicnic911, the mobile data limit has to be set higher in the monitor app. that and turning off the data notification under settings. i had that problem and that solved it.

i've noticed on this build that the battery life is much different. even on a charger my phone died when i was downloading like i do every day. i started it at 100% this morning and had it on charger, and after 4 hours of downloading, the battery on charger is only at 48%. gotta take the good with the bad i guess. love the rom, and plan on keeping it as daily driver, but hoping the battery issue gets solved

I have been noticing a problem with my 3g data while listening to Pandora or any radio streaming program. It works fine for a while but sometimes my data connection disappears and I have to reboot my phone in order to get data again. This has also happened if I have wifi turned on for a long time and then try to switch to 3g.

wizard, that fix is no walk in the park. once i get it to work according to the directions, i'll let you know if it fixed the EAP issue. Thanks!

For anybody with 802.1x issues. Try Blackadept's wifi fix below and let us know if it works. If you would rather have it scripted for you let me know. I've already got one built as part of the DefX Miui build that I can separate out as a flash.

Love the ROM! Keep up the good work. I do hope the battery issues are sorted as I'm getting hours less than I usually do. Though I hear that this might be a common complaint about ICS; don't quote me on that though.

I have one question regarding google voice and voicemails in the call log. Does anyone else here use Google Voice? After setting it up, is anyone getting pretty regular notifications for old voicemails? I've gotten several in the past few minutes from weeks ago. They are all marked as read on my google voice account, so this is a mystery to me. It's somewhat annoying.

One last thing, in the status bar whenever I have anything running in the background as a notification icon (that isn't a voicemail/missed call or Gmail or something like that), I get nothing but a "..." Not that this is a huge deal, but it is somewhat annoying to me. Any ideas? Thanks!

new build to be released within 15 mins customizations aka statusbar will be available when andy thompson releases his v4 extended settings if u want a statusbar vote on one and well add it instead of verizon.. sorry i figured verizon was better than t-cdma64.. lol

i can now say that i didnt notice battery drain problems until the base was changed. but its all good. hoping this new build will be up soon, link just says uploading....and i have noticed that once in a while my 3g drops out and has to be rebooted to get it back. and every once in awhile, it seems that it wont recognize the usb cord sometimes and wont charge or allow mem card access. minor bugs at the most.

but as for the status bar words, i vote "MIUI V4 ICS" in place of verizon and tcdma64.

and once again, thanks much to beanstown and his group of hardworking cohorts on this wonderful rom. you guys are the only real reason i keep my DX.

Just Wiped Cache and Dalvik and installed new MIUI.us V4 2.3.23 03/29/2012. Now my phone is stuck in a boot loop at the MIUI.US bootanimation. How do I get to CWM from boot. I have been in a boot loop for about 30 minutes. I am coming from MIUI.us_shadow_2.3.16_4.0_Eng_Deo_ZipA_Signed_Bean sTown106.zip

Whoa, thanks for the warning lancelinksp! I was just about to install .23 at work....getting stuck in a bootloop here would have sucked.
I can't help you with getting into recovery from a bootloop...I've read the only way is from the os on reboot, so you may have to sbf.

you should be able to just wipe cache and dalvik cache if coming from previous release. if coming from wizards, you'll wanna wipe data, system, cache and dalvik cache
