[Bug Report]Very serious bug(ver2.3.16)

Yesterday, I updated my evo shift's miui to lasteset ver.(2.3.16). I found phone app will FC when I dial or receive . But when I shut down 3G data connect, phone app is fine. Please help me ,thx a lot

I don't have an evo nor I'm I running that current version however I have has the same problem due to an incompatible version of extended settings being flashed

I experienced the very same problem. I do not have any kind of extended settings or anything like that. Hoping to see a fix for this.

I already did. I did a completey wipe of everything 2-3 times. even my sd card extension. have the same problems.

Iys also happening on 3.23.12. Dont know what the problem is. but as long a data is on the phone APK FC. happens everytime. if data is on also incoming calls don't come through

I also just updated to 3.23.12 and have this issue.

this is getting really irritating there has been like 3 updates since .16 and they still haven't fixed this error

I know. I would of been happier with the 2.1.16 then this.

Other notable errors are
Phone freezes during calls. Have to pull battery out.
If trying to answer a call while on a call it hangs up on both.
Mute, add call, and hold dont apper to work while on a call.
And i have a lot of screen lag. Not sure if iits my phone or the rom.


P.s does anyone have the 2.1.16 zip. I lost mine.

I used the CdmaCallTracker.smali from this old ROM

All seems to be functioning fine, I can make/receive phone calls fine after a few tests....


...hopefully someone here will update the current ROM
