Notification lights

Is there a possibility to turn off the notification lights for email,sms... last night I went to sleep around 11 pm, the battery was at about 40%.Around midnight an email arrived,woke up at 3am noticed the email,and rhe battery was at 9%. Maybe the notification light is draining the battery so much? p.s. I have juice defender installed.
I'm running MIUI-203090.

Press search button >> Click Search Settings >> Select Settings [turn on].

Go back to the home screen and wait a bit then Press search button >> search for "Trackball" then turn off the LED Notifications.
