USB not working after MIUI install
I rooted my phone. Installed CM7.1 and then installed MIUI ROM. Now i am not able to connect my phone via USB to my laptop (WIn7 or MacbookPro). Even USB tethering also not working.
I need to move out of MIUI if this is not solved as connecting to PC is MUST have.

Downgrade.
Try downgrading to a more stable version.
