some people use aerovan's v9 or tiamat with the rom...stock cm9 kernel is in the rom by default....i cant say ive had any overheating issues on it, but ymmv

I'm absolutely loving this rom! I've dabbled a bit in the past with ICS miui builds, but never made it a dd due to some missing features that I depend on rather heavily. This latest build kicks ass! nitsuj, stellar work on this one! I only have one question, how do I get rid of the "file too big" warning when downloading from the market? Also, any info on the dual 3G/1x indicators in the status bar? If anyone has answers, thanks in advance!

Update: I figured out the nagging "file too big" warning. The warning said that the user could change the setting on the settings pane, but doesn't mention it's in the download app settings pane. I'm just wondering if there's any mod or way to change the display of the data connection that switches between 3g & 1x instead of showing both indicators?

Does anyone know if wifi tether apps like barnical work? Also why doesn't QuickClock work on my phone? Says its not compatible. Droid X on 4.20 about to flash 5.11

So I've been keeping up with the weeklies on this ROM, what do you guys use to restore all of your apps?

Because of the factory reset I've been spending like 2 hours downloading apps and configuring them. Is there a better way?

hey guys i need help, i have been running GB Liquid roms, i loved the miui GB rom and id kill to have the ics rom here, but i have one issue... im connected to 3G and everything, like im picking up serice, but i cant use it, no internet, youtube, themes, nothing. it wont connect to the network.. help please!

i did everything right, reset factory settings, wiped all the caches, many times, reflashed many times. and i downloaded from the links on this site.

I resolved this issue by activating again. I do, however, receive this strange screen issue. For any popups.

• there are graphical glitches in popups and other areas...i dont know at this time if it is due to the massive changes in the miui framework and its stuff they are working out, or i edited something wrong...i dont plan on investigating it much this week just cuz im curious if it fixes on its own or if i need to do some work on it

I'm receiving the same glitches randomly. I'm guessing it would have to be the gfx driver but I'm gonna pull logs and get stuff set up when I get home. It bugs the crap out of me so I plan on investigating thoroughly.

Now that I'm rooted etc.. (605.5 from VZW needed new steps that someone just cracked last week) I'm hoping to start helping out with development work. I'm not new to development or to Android but I am new to development ON Android so I may not be much help for a couple/few weeks.

When I try and use the video camera in Google Talk, Talk seems to disappear and drop me to Home..

Anyone else?

Also using the new toolbox.. (seems just opening it..) causes the rom to lag.. Hot boot seems to resolve it..

3.and the theme program was not working correctly.

With regards to the camera.. The stock one.. The works perfectly after the first picture.

So simply open the camera, take a picture and enjoy the rest.

I've tried other camera apps in the market, but the each have their own share of problems..
