Hey guys, I noticed I put the wrong camera apk in the ROM. the one in the ROM works, but doesn't display preview until you snap the first shot, and I just noticed no preview is given for instagram, no matter how many shots you take. I have the right one and will add it to the ROM when I get home. re-download in the morning and it will be fixed.

I use ucam anyway. Its so awesome, its got a built-in GIF creator and its free on the market. Blind, is there any way to disable vibration during calls? Lords ICS had the option, and since this is based of his builds, is that a possible add in for the next build?

First, off -- this is looking pretty slick! I appreciate your efforts, man!

Here I'll list what I've encountered so far:

HTC Inspire, full wipe, MIUI.us 4.0.4.2.4.6 (first version, not with updated camera apk yet), no mods

Bugs/issues:

• Can't find option for Facebook contact sync, as existed in GB FB app
• Can't add Facebook account (choose to add it, but then nothing happens)
• Status bar notifications sometimes cut off on their left, others appear smaller, and some are off center in the notification list for certain apps. I'll take note of which ones and update.
• Sometimes get garbled letters in certain apps (I think it happened when changing settings or when open keyboard switched from landscape to portrait.)
• Home FC when applying theme, specifically icons
• Intermittently get a lot of FC when changing settings. Example: set up Exchange account, when I went to allow access, then "settings" closed, then "user feedback" closed, then "play store" closed. But each one bumps the other like dominoes, so I can't send each of them to MIUI
• Trail/blur when sliding between home screens

Things that didn't restore:

• Folder settings
• Email app settings
• Alarm settings
• User dictionary and keyboard apps' dictionaries (perhaps they have their own backup option, I'll check) - I use MultiLing Keyboard.
• Some contacts aren't syncing to the phone from Google Contacts (backed up phone contacts with MIUI backup app, but didn't restore to avoid dupes)

Tested: bluetooth transfer was successful for sending and receiving a text file.

Love (dunno if it's ICS, MIUI or your build in particular, but...):

• Delayed screenshot feature!
• On-screen volume slider after pressing volume button
• ...because my volume keys are dying...

I honestly have not gotten a single FC since I've been using this, except the Play Store and Google+ after restoring my Titanium Backup - this is remedied by clearing data for the Play Store. Hopefully you can get to the report button so I can take a look at the log and see what's actually going on.

Facebook sync I haven't even tried to get to work yet because I don't use the actual Facebook app, I use Friendcaster Pro, but I will definitely see if this is something I can make work.

It does. This happened a couple times the first couple times I rebooted. Haven't seen it for a couple days since.

I recently downloaded Friendcaster, and I'll give it a try. I do see the sync option in that app, and I'll see what happens.

I was unable to disable vibration of SMS notifications myself. Then I noticed that in the pull down toggles screen, in addition to the Silent icon there is also now a Vibrate icon. If I disable that icon, then I do not experience vibration of my phone in any case, for example, calls, SMS notifications, or the alarm clock.

Gah, this is horrifying for me to hear, but I cannot replicate the issue. I just sent a picture to myself and had someone else send me one when that worked fine. My picture messages are coming in perfectly

Thanks for this blind. Been running for 48 hours. Experienced a little lag on my inspire, changing governor to ondemandX seems to have done the trick. Camera works very well. Pretty smooth experience all the way around!

im having the same issue with my cam (atrix 4g)
and also i cant seem to use the "add account" to add my facebook account.i have to use a app to sync my fb account
