EDIT: Themes are not applying properly (some things like dialer or some notification bar/settuings colour not changing), but just a minor issue

.... Okay so wheres the guide.... I think ive done everything, but it always errors out on install.... bad image... ive downloaded the image 5 times, they cant all be bad

i downloaded this rom, 3.14 firmware and installed after using superwipe.
installed fine. but, i kept getting force closes for the launcher. also, it took upwards of 10 seconds after a long hold on the screen, to pull up my widget options. wouldn't load widgets, either.

anyone have similar issues, or come up with a fix?

3.14 firmware? Can't say I have heard of it there was 3.12 firmware and 3.24 firmware. You SHOULD be using the 3.24 firmware

Hmm, the camera doesn't work for me. When i try to start it I just get an error that says "Can't connect to the camera".
Is there a solution to this?

Have the same issue. Which launcher do you use?
I found that if I disable my launcher which is QQLauncher the problem goes away and screen behaves normally.
This might be qqlauncher incompatibility with ics, I dont know.

Nevermind............. I got it worked out... running 3.24 firmware, and TripNMiUI_v4_Pyramid_2.2.10-B005 now... pretty stable, and clean

Anyone got issues with playing embedded videos as well? Eg. Try viewing any YouTube videos in a browser. The player stays blank.

YouTube the app is fine but any videos in a browser is a no go.

Help much appreciated.

i have the same problem i use setcpu and when i was running gb i could overclock to 1.6 ghz now i cant get past 1.2 im also having issues with my phone rebooting and telling me sim card found please reboot system i dont have to restart just click past restart and phone runs all in all my phone ran better on gb 2.2.3 maybe its because its prerelease i am running ics though finally if these bugs if they are bugs get resolved it would be badass. im running tripnmiui v4 4.0.3 please help thanks ps what happen to miui.us on the apps i enjoyed not having to use the pc

Alright so I have firmware 3.24 running boo 5 I get a simcard message saying I need to restart system can anyone explain this and is the boo5 running on stock htc kernal because I would like to overclock other than that I think I got it

Does anybody know of a way to fix the slow screen wake? It seems like its the backlight that turns on slow as I hit power button screen is still black but i can unlock the screen takes a few seconds for it to illuminate...

Okay so far so goood, everything seems functional.... but how can i get rid of this data usage warning nag.... 40MB limit ? really ? I get 5GB a month.... so anyway to raise this limit... or turn off the nag??

Use the miui data monitoring app in the folder on youre desktop to raise the limit
