Take the MiuiHome.apk from the firmware ViciousMIUI-V4-maguro-2.3.2-signed.zip and replace in /system/apk

Just installed this ROM because it had built in call recording, but unfortunately it doesn't work... When you press play to listen, it plays a lot of static noise.

heya all...don't get me rong, I love this rom, just a few things buggy but thats to be expected, but what I can't for the life of me see why the different icons. Yes they have done it so now you can change the rows and columns but when you have a couple of little icons and a big folder this looks rong....if you want little icons thats fine but make the folder icons to match.
Come on guys get it sorted, with the galaxy nexus screen size why the f@#k do i want tiny icons, yes there is a workaround like others have stated but do you realy want people to use part of Vicious MIUI's ROM in yours to accomplish bigger icons? just do an addon script for people who want bigger icons with just the icon.icon script in it (system/app/MiuiHome.apk/res/layout/icon.icon) thats all thats needed. Start listening to YOUR followers.
That said keep up the great work, I know it takes you guys ages.

@trojjanhorse, I cannot confirm this, mine works fine. One problem might have been that you had bad cell servie during the call.

This will require a kernel with 2 way recording module. Contact your favorite kernel dev and see what they can do :-)

@hoppermi, these two roms come with their own kernel built in.... or at least they should. If it is a kernel issue, then flash GLaDOS or Popcorn Kernel or something like that, they support the audio recording.

Yes they come with a kernel, however, no one has a kernel that supports 2-way call recording. It is a special module that allows the sound recorder to tap the speaker for the other party's audio. The kernels we have now allow for recording, but only uses the mic, so other party is very faint, as the sound has to travel through phone from speaker to mic.

Glad to know that fixed it. That was the first time that problem has come up, but I'm not surprised the market had corrupt data.

I have the last version officielle MIUI 2.3.30, it's a nice rom but the network data didn't work with this rom. I never have this problem with other rom.

I'm a noob but my data on 2.2.30 works just fine. I'm on AT&T. Or am I missing something? Lol
