I been using Texas aosp ICS from the xda developers site n there version seems to run alot smoother and faster then miui....n I also notice they are using miui kernal

I tried some others ICS rom and they are faster and smooth, with MIUI it is lag sometime

Why is this rom always a buy laggy and choppy at times???? I been trying different roms and there not lagging and some of them are using miui kernal and all of them are ics roms

but u said its running very smooth! and now...

unfortunately i myself have that problem. maybe its because of large size of the rom and lake of internal storage.
were other roms in the same size as the miui?

just check in the isssue

on 2.6.29...themes is not working..and the all system seems to be so slow compared to the bravo cdm or the evervolv...could you please use AROMA installer so i can decide what to install?? like maps and so on thanks!!!

+1 theme changer is broken, but the ROM works quite well for me. I keep alternating between BCM and MIUI, right now BCM is definitely smoother.

miui without theme support is like a body without a soul

theme support still not fixed.
play store doesn't work as it should.
i skip this version like i did with the last one.
