[ROM] [2.1.20] MIUI lives on!

This is based off of the MIUI port to the DZ/G2. I saw it hadn't been updated and maintained so I decided to mess around and take it upon myself to do it.
I do not have a Shift and am unable to test the rom, however strapped365 did do a few tests for me and I can confirm that GPS, WiFi, and 4 way reboot do work.

I used MIUI 1.12.30 as my base so everything should work fine. Unsure about MMS, if not please let me know and I will post a fix asap.

[*]MIUI 4.0 (ICS) is still in a very early beta release. I will not port it until it is a lot more stable and I believe is user ready for a daily rom. I don't like pushing something out that works only partially.
