miuiandroid.com has a Fascinate port available here: http://forums.miuiandroid.com/showth...-23-WIFI-FIXED Currently version is 1.12.23. Works great for me. There's also a thread on XDA: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1353013
If anything, you can run this version until MIUI.us releases their next version.
