[Bug Report] Examples of posting a bug report

This thread will be used as an example of posting bug reports. I saw that there was some confusion with y i locked down the main rom thread and this is simply so i can actually see what people are reportin without having to read thru 100s of random comments :-)

3. Logcat (if applicable)
