To fix the black screen at the start of a call
Go to settings
Programs
Call settings
Answer settings
Turn off enforce proximity sensors
The proximity sensors will still work after changing the setting
Reboot

Hi, I've just found this forum so apologies for not getting in touch earlier.

I love this ROM. Had it on my phone since it came out ANS it's the best one I've used. Kudos for a great job. Looking forward to todays update. Let me know I'd you want testing or feedback on any features in particular.

The built in search app (press search softkey from any home screen) always returns "no results" see screenshots which show that a) I have several contacts called Karen, b) Search settings are configured to include contacts in search, and c) it doesn't find them.

Any idea what's wrong?

Hi,
I downloaded your 1.11.25 ROM and tested it, then also upgraded to Galnet MIUI 2.11.26 (ICS). Both have the same issue that forced me to revert to the stock AT&T ROM on my Galaxy S2: I start Bluetooth playback of an audiobook through the Audible app. When I try to pause it from the headset, the audiobook does not pause - instead the Music Player starts playing a random track. Press the pause/resume on the bluetooth headset again - Music Player pauses, but Audible app does not react at all and continues its playback. Same thing on the same phone with AT&T ROM works fine (bluetooth pause/resume controls the currently playing application)

I tried previously CyanogenMod ROM 7.1 and 7.2 RC0. They have a similar issue, but more erratic - Audible always pauses correctly when bluetooth control is clicked, but does not resume - sometimes nothing happens, sometimes Music Player starts playing instead. Any idea how to fix this issue, under MIUI ROM? Or CM? I also have CM source code loaded and can build it, but I'm not sure in which place to look for a possible fix.

A few other things that I tried under your ROMs worked fine for me, but I did not try much. Did not even try the phone function at all, but will be glad to test something if that could help.

I didn't download it from here but I like this ROM the best. The only thing I have a problem with is MMS turns the pic sideways when a photo is taken in portrait. I'm still using it because I really don't take many pics anyway.

I've just found you guys! I've been extremely pleased with MIUI since I began using it months ago on the other site. I wonder if there's a way to let other MIUI users in on where to find our updates. I know it took me a while. Thanks for all your work on it for us ATT G2 users.

Hey guys, thanks for the sweet ROM. I've been using this as my daily driver for the past couple weeks, & that in itself speaks volumes to me, as I'm a flash-aholic, & I usually flash a different ROM about every 3 days. I've used MIUI Roms before on my Cappy, & SGS2, & usually roll with them longer than any other Roms. They're snappy, & far more customizable than any other ROMS available. Thanks again for your efforts guys. I appreciate it.

updated the links try out the new release seems to work good so far but it seems like shep211 haven't been active in a long time so i don't think there will be anymore updates to this rom.
