Flashlight/torch issue

It doesn't work well when I press the home key while the device is on standby mode.

I think it's supposed to work from lock screen right before you open the phone. If you press the Home button the the flash will go on try that

Sorry, I meant to say lock screen not standby mode. When I press and hold on the home key while the screen in locked, the torch just blinks once. If I press it a number of times before I hold the key, sometimes it works.

Wat version of miui are you using if you just updated you can just extract it from your previous version and replace it thru root explore. Good luck

It's working on sensation with 1.11.1

I started with 1.11.04 and it was the same back then. I hoped that it will get fixed on 1.11.11 but it didn't.
